Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and MCPackCreator, an independent creator-operated service publicly operated by FunkyZpro (“MCPackCreator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using mcpackcreator.net, creating an account, installing the desktop application, activating a license, using cloud features, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Copyright Policy.

If you do not agree, do not install or use MCPackCreator, create an account, publish content, or make a purchase.

2. Eligibility and age

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MCPackCreator.
• If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms.
• A purchase may be made only by an adult, a person old enough to contract in their location, or a parent or guardian purchasing for an eligible minor.

3. Accounts and security

An MCPackCreator account is required to purchase, activate, restore, and download the licensed desktop app. It is also required for optional cloud storage and sharing.

• Provide accurate information and keep your email access secure.
• Use a strong, unique password and protect any authenticator factor you enroll.
• Do not sell, share, or transfer account access in a way that bypasses license or service limits.
• Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our breach of an applicable legal duty. We may require email verification, MFA, or reauthentication.

4. Permanent desktop license

When your purchase is completed or a qualifying existing Pro account is grandfathered, MCPackCreator grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MCPackCreator Desktop on your own reasonable number of Windows devices.

The license is connected to one MCPackCreator account. You may not resell the license, publish license credentials, operate a shared public account, bypass activation, remove technical protections, or distribute the application except where applicable law expressly permits.

The app periodically verifies license status online and may use a time-limited offline activation cache. A refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or revoked payment may deactivate the corresponding license. We may also suspend access for a material Terms violation, subject to applicable law.

5. One-time purchase and taxes

MCPackCreator Desktop is offered to new customers for a one-time price displayed before checkout, currently US $15.99. It does not automatically renew. Stripe securely processes payment; MCPackCreator does not receive full payment-card numbers or security codes.

Taxes may be calculated or collected where configured or legally required. Currency conversion or bank fees are controlled by your payment provider. Purchases are subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

6. Existing MCPackCreator Pro customers

Accounts legitimately recognized as active paid or active complimentary MCPackCreator Pro customers at the permanent-license migration receive a permanent desktop license at no additional charge. Eligibility is determined from MCPackCreator’s protected subscription and complimentary-grant records at migration.

Granting a permanent license does not itself cancel a legacy Stripe subscription. During cutover, existing subscribers can continue to manage legacy billing through Stripe or contact support. MCPackCreator will communicate any coordinated cancellation process before making subscription changes.

7. Local projects, cloud features, and exports

• Local-first: Desktop projects and imported assets remain on your computer unless you choose an optional online feature.
• Your backups: Keep independent project copies. Device loss, disk failure, deletion, or application-data corruption can cause loss.
• Optional cloud: Cloud storage and unlisted sharing may have separate limits, may change over time, and are not guaranteed for the lifetime of the desktop product.
• Generated files: Test exported packs and commands in a safe Minecraft environment. Minecraft updates and third-party software can change compatibility.

MCPackCreator is not an archival or backup service. A permanent app license does not promise perpetual operation of optional hosted services.

8. Your projects and content

You retain ownership of original textures, models, sounds, fonts, text, pack files, and other content you create or upload (“User Content”). You grant MCPackCreator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support features you choose to use.

When you publish an unlisted project, anyone with the link may view, copy, import, modify, and redistribute its published snapshot. You represent that you have the rights needed for everything you upload, publish, and distribute.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use MCPackCreator to distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content; compromise devices, accounts, servers, or networks; evade account, license, storage, rate, or security controls; impersonate others; resell unauthorized access; or falsely claim an official relationship with MCPackCreator, Mojang, Microsoft, Stripe, Supabase, or Netlify.

You are responsible for following Minecraft’s EULA, Usage Guidelines, server rules, third-party asset licenses, and applicable law.

10. Lifetime app updates

A permanent license includes MCPackCreator Desktop application updates released for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” refers to the supported commercial life of MCPackCreator Desktop, not the lifetime of a customer, operator, device, operating system, or company.

This promise does not guarantee a particular update schedule, every requested feature, compatibility with all future Minecraft or Windows versions, perpetual cloud hosting, or entirely new products sold separately. If practical, we will provide reasonable notice of a material product discontinuation.

11. Intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability

MCPackCreator’s original code, interface, branding, documentation, graphics, and design are owned by MCPackCreator or its licensors. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, and related names and assets belong to their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPackCreator is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted activation or hosting, permanent storage, error-free exports, server acceptance, revenue, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCPackCreator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid MCPackCreator in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Suspension, changes, and general terms

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts or licenses for fraud, charge reversal, material or repeated violations, security threats, harmful use, or legal requirements. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to preserve cloud projects.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and communicated when appropriate. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where the operator is principally established, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.

Before filing a claim, contact [email protected] and allow 30 days for a good-faith response unless urgent relief or applicable law makes that impractical. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective.
