Refund Policy

1. Plain-language summary

• The current price is US $15.99 once, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout.
• Because the licensed app and download access are delivered digitally, completed purchases are generally final after activation or download, except as described below or required by law.
• A full refund deactivates the permanent license connected to that payment.
• Existing legal consumer rights always apply where they cannot be waived.

2. Desktop license purchases

Before payment, checkout identifies the product, total price, currency, and one-time nature of the charge. By completing checkout, you request immediate delivery of the account license and acknowledge that digital delivery may affect statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

We do not normally issue refunds simply because you changed your mind, did not use the app, lost access to your own account or device, expected an unadvertised feature, or encountered incompatibility caused solely by a third-party mod, server, launcher, Minecraft change, or unsupported operating system.

3. Problems we will review

Contact us promptly if:

• the same purchase was charged more than once;
• the charge was unauthorized;
• the license was not delivered to the purchasing account;
• the supported Windows app cannot be installed or activated because of a verified MCPackCreator defect; or
• the app materially fails to provide its advertised core creator and export functionality, and support cannot provide a reasonable fix or workaround.

Requests made within 14 days of purchase receive prompt eligibility review, but 14 days is not an unconditional return window. We may issue a refund outside that period when required by law or appropriate for a verified billing or product failure.

4. How to request review

Email [email protected] with the MCPackCreator account email, Stripe receipt or payment identifier, purchase date and amount, and a concise description of the issue. For a technical problem, include the Windows version, app version, error text, and troubleshooting already attempted.

Never send a full card number or card security code. We may ask you to verify account ownership or try reasonable troubleshooting before deciding a technical refund request.

5. Effect of refunds, disputes, and reversals

A full refund, lost payment dispute, charge reversal, or confirmed fraudulent purchase deactivates the permanent license created by that payment. Partial refunds do not automatically deactivate the license unless the refund agreement expressly says otherwise.

If a payment dispute is opened, the license may be temporarily suspended while Stripe and the payment provider review it. If the dispute closes in your favor and the payment remains valid, the license can be restored automatically.

6. Legacy MCPackCreator Pro subscriptions

Legacy Pro subscriptions are separate from new one-time desktop purchases. During migration, existing subscribers can use the Stripe Customer Portal or contact support to stop future renewals. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting local files does not cancel a Stripe subscription.

Legacy charges remain subject to the terms disclosed when the subscription was purchased and mandatory law. Refunds are not normally prorated for unused subscription time, but we review duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect, or post-cancellation charges. Receiving a grandfathered permanent license does not by itself refund earlier valid subscription charges.
